ABOUT ME

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where sporting events was played rain or shine and everyone was just happy to be there no matter the game outcome. Those early experiences shaped how I view sports, not just as games, but environments where moments become memories.

I’ve always been competitive, but it wasn’t until college at Washington State University that I found my true passion in visual storytelling.

WSU, isolated by the wheat fields of Pullman, WA, has a culture that you feel. Its tradition and legacy runs deep through the town that revolves around the college football game day. It was a privilege to be a part of the Cougar Football Saturdays magic, and I reveled when I could visually capture the culture to share it with larger audiences. I thrive when I get to enhance the fan experience creatively.

There’s nothing like the silence during overtime in the end zone, capturing a sentimental moment between a fan and player, or the pride of representing something bigger than yourself. That’s the feeling I chase as a social media professional in the sports industry, capturing the emotion of game day and bringing fans into the action, wherever they are.

Summer league baseball is a whole different ball game. The fast-paced environment and never ending excitement is my thriller. At the Portland Pickles, I found my strengths blending pop culture and humor into storytelling that feels authentic. Amid all the chaos, nothing compared to the adrenaline of capturing a walk-off home run in the 11th inning and sharing that moment with fans who lived for it.

Currently in New Orleans, I work on the only digital media team that operates for both an NFL and NBA team at the same time. The New Orleans Saints live by their strong history and emotional connection to fans who breathe for their game days, while the Pelicans are an unique electricity that runs through the city. I‘m constantly in collaboration that continues to push my creative skills at the highest level.

Social media is always evolving. The sporting world is ever-changing. We must evolve and move with it. I want to make it an unforgettable experience that reaches and encapsulates audiences.

Job Update

Following my graduation with a dual degree in Advertising and Multimedia Journalism from WSU in May 2025, I accepted an offer as a Social Media Associate with the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans for the 2025-26 seasons. I couldn’t be more excited to join the digital media team in telling the stories of two iconic franchises across both the NFL and NBA.
