About Me

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, playing competitive sports from a very early age. If the weekends weren’t filled with a sporting event, you were still enjoying the outdoors. Fall was the best time of the year as a result. The leaves began to change as the temperature dropped, sporting events brought people back together after a long summer break, and the memories are the strongest for me.

I’ve always felt a creative pull, but it was at Washington State University where I found my the blend of passion and skills. Pullman, a college town isolated by wheat fields, lived for its legacy and preserved traditions. The town truly bled crimson and grey. I found myself on an incredible creative team that captured Cougar Football Saturdays, and I discovered my niche love for content creating. I found the quiet anticipation in the engine intoxicating and the overload of joy capturing an interaction between a mother after her son’s senior night. I was hooked.

Summer baseball pushed that even further. With the Portland Pickles, I learned to blend pop culture, humor, and authenticity in the fast-paced environment of 70 games in one summer. Nothing matched the adrenaline of chasing a walk-off home run in the 11th inning and sharing that moment with fans who lived for every play.

Now in New Orleans, I work on the only digital team operating for both an NFL and NBA franchise simultaneously. The Saints carry a powerful legacy and emotional connection to their fans, while the Pelicans bring opportunity to a new market of fans in the city. Balancing both has pushed me creatively, technically, and strategically while strengthening my passion to capture legacy moments for millions of fans.

Social media is constantly chasing the next big thing. However, you have to strategize, practice, evolve, and constantly dig deeper to creatively produce new work online because it is our duty to the fans, team, and city. I love what I do. Lucky for me, I thrive in the ever changing role that social has become where I can actively push the limits.
