Position Overview

Social Media Associate

Manage the official social media accounts for the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans including Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and Threads.

Help with idea generation, content development, planning and scheduling for all social platforms.

Ideate, shoot, and edit daily content for the teams’ social channels.

Provide social coverage on game days and other live events through vertical video and photography skills.

Evaluate and interpret performance  analytics for the purposes of designing fan/follower growth strategies and engagement level improvements.

Work with corporate partnerships to ensure successful execution of partner-affiliated social media posts.

Oversee and manage Saints Cheer Krewe social media channel with content strategy, shooting, and execution.

My POV during both Pelican and Saints gamedays through Instagram stories and Snapchat.

Pelicans vs Dallas Mavericks using a variety of vertical video, broadcast clips, production clips, getty images, and images sent from our photographer at the game. I also create the starting 5, quart score, and win graphics while in game.

The feed during gameday is the most important way to bring fans to the game digitally.

During Saint and Pelican gamedays, I package social content for Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and Thread feeds from various sources (broadcast, vertical video, production, AP/Getty images, live photographers etc). Below are some of my favorite and most memorable pieces.
